About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and reliable Junior Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a permanent, entry‑level role starting at 20 hours per week, with a planned pathway to full‑time as your responsibilities and the business grow.
This position is based in Otago – currently Queenstown, relocating to Cromwell in December 2025.
This is not a remote role.
Applicants must be currently living in Otago and hold NZ permanent residency or citizenship. No overseas or sponsorship applications will be considered.

This position is central to our growth. Your hours will increase as new clients are onboarded, expanding our bookkeeping workload; and senior‑level tasks are transitioned to you as your skills develop.
Your role will grow from a mix of bookkeeping and admin support into a core operational position, with potential to move into full‑time employment depending on your capability and initiative.
