As their international footprint expands, they remain grounded in what matters : quality products, epic adventures, and a down-to-earth team that loves what they do.About the roleIn this pivotal role, you'll work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to deliver fresh, inspiring designs that elevate Zempire's brand.

You'll create engaging assets for digital and print—think social media, eDM graphics, POS collateral, catalogues, billboards, and packaging.

You'll also support the Lead Designer with production and packaging design and collaborate on marketing collateral for events and retailer collaborations in global markets.Key areas of responsibilityDesigning engaging marketing assets across digital and print platforms (social media, eDM graphics, POS collateral, catalogues, OOH billboards, packaging, etc.)Developing brand visuals that align with Zempire's identitySupporting product and packaging artwork, ensuring clarity and creativityCollaborating on campaign visuals from concept to executionPreparing artwork for print and digital, proofing for accuracy and impactStaying up to date with design trends in outdoor, travel, and lifestyle spacesContributing fresh ideas in creative sessionsAbout youWe're after someone who's passionate about design and the outdoors, with a keen eye for detail and a love for creative design and storytelling.

You thrive in a fast-paced, office-based environment and enjoy collaborating with others to bring ideas to life.You'll bringBachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design (or equivalent experience)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Strong sense of typography, layout, and colourAbility to work within brand guidelines while bringing creativity and originalityExceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skillsBasic knowledge of preparing artwork for print and digitalFlexible, reliable, and able to adapt to changing prioritiesA passion for camping, outdoors, or lifestyle branding is a plus!
