Building Materials / Drive Thru Team Member

A bit about the role

We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic candidate to join our Petone Drive Thru.

In this role you will be responsible for :

Delivering exceptional Customer Service

Providing technical product information to customers

Maintaining a safe, clean and tidy work environment

The successful applicant will be highly organised and able to work at a fast pace.

Requirements

Good physical fitness to unload, lift, carry and move items.

Customer service experience preferred but not a requirement

Valid Full New Zealand Driver Licence, (F) Forklift endorsements preferred but not required

Current OSCH Forklift Certificate, or willingness to obtain

Knowledge or interest to learn about all the products.

Knowledge of relevant legislative governances e.g., Health & Safety at Work Act, and act in accordance with them.

Understanding of health, safety, and wellness, along with relevant practices within retail and how to keep our team mentally and physically safe, along with our customers.

IT competency.

We are looking for a Full Time Team Member to fill our roster.
