With offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, the United States, Japan, Canada, and Australia, Moomoo and its affiliated companies serve over 27 million users across more than 200 countries and regions.About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Client Success Manager to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand, as part of the moomoo ANZ Client Success division.In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients—ensuring satisfaction, driving product adoption, and achieving upsell targets.

You will develop strong client relationships, gather and relay valuable feedback, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & UpsellIdentify potential client acquisition opportunities and build relationships with industry partners and channels.Client Relationship Management & RetentionServe as the primary contact for moomoo ANZ's priority clients in Auckland, maintaining strong, long-term relationships through regular engagement.Internal Collaboration & Process ImprovementCollaborate with operations, trading desks, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.Your Skills & ExperienceTertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline.5+ years of experience in sales and relationship management within asset management, financial planning, or similar sectors.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients at all levels.Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.Proven capacity to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset focused on client success and business outcomes.Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in a team environment.Proven ability to manage high-net-worth clients and professional relationships effectively.Familiarity with share investing or superannuation is an advantage.
