Your Role
As a Portfolio Execution Specialist, you'll play a key role in enabling strategic delivery across our technology portfolio.
Partnering with value streams, you'll support investment prioritisation and maintain an integrated roadmap that informs execution planning and drives business value.
You'll champion modern delivery governance practices, embed fit-for-purpose frameworks, and provide visibility into portfolio health and performance.
Your work will help optimise delivery, uplift execution capabilities, and foster collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Operate portfolio governance routines and reporting to track performance and progress
Support benefits management, financial processes, and continuous improvement
Guide program optimisation and conduct quality assurance reviews
Consolidate portfolio roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and outcomes
Embed efficient ways of working using automation and emerging technologies
Promote adoption of enterprise tools, frameworks, and modern delivery practices
Collaborate across risk, finance, and other portfolios to ensure consistency
Uplift data and reporting standards and support portfolio knowledge management
Provide guidance on prioritisation to align resources with strategic outcomes
This is a part-time Permanent role based in Auckland, Christchurch, Sydney, or Melbourne.

You're collaborative, organised, and confident engaging with diverse stakeholders.
You Have
Solid experience working in cross-functional teams with broad stakeholder engagement
Experience in planning or portfolio governance in complex environments
Strong understanding of agile principles (SAFe, Scrum) and delivery frameworks
Experience improving systems of work to align with strategic priorities
Excellent communication, facilitation, and organisational skills
Knowledge of portfolio and program management tools and methodologies
Ability to manage interdependencies, risks, and optimise delivery pathways
