Assistant Lead Engineer - Cloud (Data Analytics & Ai)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cloud Application / Software Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing and application development, with a focus on designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based applications.Role & ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, deploy cloud-based and integrate non-cloud-based applications using industry best practices and cloud technologiesCollaborate with software engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and define application specificationsImplement security measures to protect cloud-based applications and dataTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and applicationsOptimize cloud-based applications for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiencyProvide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholdersAssist in managing and monitoring of cloud-based assets hosted on Singapore GCC platformsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldStrong experience in cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google CloudExperience with Singapore GCC hosting platform will be of advantage but not essentialKnowledge of cloud security best practices and compliance standardsExperience working with version control and repository tools like Git, MavenStrong background working with Linux / UNIX environmentsWorking knowledge with SQL and NoSQL databases preferredStrong collaboration and communication skills within project teamsExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
