You'll work across a wide variety of events, setting up and operating AV equipment including audio, video, lighting, and control systems.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and pack down audiovisual systems for events, including audio, video, lighting, and control systems.Act as the technical contact during live events, troubleshooting in real-time and coordinating with clients and internal teams.Interpret technical plans, run sheets, and event briefs to deliver events as per client requirements.Operate and maintain a wide range of AV technologies including networked AV systems, Dante-enabled devices, digital audio consoles, video switchers, projection systems, and control platforms.Ensure proper care and inventory management of AV equipment.Support continuous improvement of AV operations and suggest innovations.Uphold high standards of professionalism, client service, and manaakitanga.Maintain accurate documentation and post-event reporting.Apply health and safety standards consistently.ABOUT YOUEveryday our people are responsible for delivering extraordinary experiences for every guest who walks through our doors.You will have a shared values and people-centric mind set and genuinely want to make a difference.
