Job descriptionYou're a seasoned product marketer with 10+ years of experience, ideally in the AI, SaaS, or advanced tech sectors. You have a deep understanding and passion for generative AI technologies, market trends, and adoption challenges. You’re a master storyteller, able to create compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences and strong writing skills - making complicated simple. You have a proven track record of leading high-profile, global product launches and integrated campaigns. You can drive alignment and influence teams without direct management, leveraging your expertise and strategic vision. You're a data-driven decision-maker who can track KPIs and optimise performance. You’re comfortable presenting to executives and representing the company publicly. You’re a strategic thinker who can pivot quickly in a fast-paced market. Flexible Working : remote-first with flexibility for you to manage work and life as you need. Work from Anywhere : apply to work in another location for up to 3 months per calendar year. Connection Budget : an annual budget to connect with the team IRL where and when possible. Learning Budget : study leave and an annual budget for you to put towards your learning and development. Home Office Allowance : a contribution towards your set-up and a monthly allowance to support work from home costs. Wellbeing : access to a holistic assistance program that provides support in many areas of life and health. Volunteer Leave : 2 days per calendar year to volunteer and give back to the community. Ready to shake up the creative world with AI? This isn't just another tech gig; it's a chance to shape the future of creativity. As our Product Marketing Director for AI, you'll be the voice of our most ambitious products, translating groundbreaking tech into must-have tools for millions of creative pros.
What you'll be doing
- Craft compelling, clear positioning and messaging for our AI and broader product portfolio.
- Lead the planning and execution of global go-to-market strategies, from major AI launches to product updates.
- Arm cross-functional teams with the insights they need through product briefs, competitive analysis, and sales guides.
- Produce high-impact content—from case studies to demos—that positions Envato as a leader in creative tech and AI.
- Dive deep into market trends, buyer personas, and competitive landscapes to inform and refine our strategies.
- Integrate customer and market feedback into every launch and campaign.
- Represent Envato as a thought leader in the AI space at industry events and forums.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to ensure our messaging is on point and our launches are seamless.
- Define and track key metrics to measure the success of product marketing initiatives.
