Job DetailsWorking Location : South – QueenstownWorking Hours : 5.5 days / Mon-Fri : 8am-5pm, Sat : 8am-12pmSalary Package : Competitive and commensurate with relevant experienceDuration : PermanentKey ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of hospital construction projects, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.Manage project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and hospital stakeholders to drive project milestones and resolve technical issues efficiently.Conduct risk assessments, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and statutory requirements throughout project phases.Review and approve architectural and construction plans, specifications, and procurement to ensure alignment with hospital needs and regulatory guidelines.Oversee the preparation and submission of project documentation, progress reports, and handover packages.Lead project meetings, manage communication channels, and provide updates to senior management and clients.Mentor and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative environment focused on excellence and continuous improvement.Ensure smooth project commissioning, closeout, and transition to facility operations, addressing any defects or outstanding issues promptly.Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned by the management team.QualificationsDegree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related disciplineMin.
10 years of local project management experiencePreferably have experience in healthcare sector, with a strong background in hospital construction projectsProven leadership in managing large-scale, complex construction projects from inception to completion.Strong knowledge of local construction codes, healthcare regulations, and safety practices
