As an Intermediate Solicitor in our Advice & Legislation team, you will provide clear, practical legal advice that supports the Department's work and ensures we meet our obligations under the law.
This includes interpreting legislation, reviewing policies, and advising on a wide range of operational matters.
You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, contribute to team initiatives, and help ensure decisions are legally sound and fit for purpose.
This is a role where your advice will have a real impact on how we deliver services and uphold public trust.

Utu a-tau | Salary
The midpoint of the salary range is $110,523 per annum and the full range (85%-120%) is $93,945- $132,628 per annum.
Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
