This role provides an opportunity for you to put your excellent customer service skills to use.
As part of a wider team, you are responsible for contacting new clients and conducting an initial review over the phone.
You will also be responsible for booking in any assessments and visits required by a member of the clinical team.
This is a fast-paced administrative position involving strong elements of customer service.
This is a Fixed Term Full Time position - Monday to Friday 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm until early July 2026 based in our CBD office in Tamaki Makaurau.Responsibilities : Exceeding customer expectations and understanding the needs of the people we supportWork closely with the clinical team to capture client needs and amend care plans as appropriateProviding first-call resolution support for registered nursesAccurately entering information into our CMS (we use CareCall) and other systemsRequirements : Proven experience in an administration or office-based customer service roleA passion for the Health sector and making a differenceExcellent attention to detail is a must, as well as strong organisational and time management skillsResilience and ability to work well under pressureHealthcare industry experience would be highly advantageousConfidence in using technology / computer literacyExceptional communication and rapport building skills over the phoneHealthCare NZ is part of the New Zealand Health Group.
