Corporate Lawyer

My client is seeking an experienced lawyer to join a high-performing in-house legal team during a period of transformation and regulatory change.

This is a hands-on advisory role spanning corporate, regulatory, technology, and commercial matters.

About the role

Provide expert corporate and regulatory advice across a variety of critical business areas.

Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation to influence decision-making and support strategic initiatives.

Support the business through periods of transformation, regulatory change, and complex legal challenges.

Apply your advisory and regulatory experience to add value and drive outcomes aligned with organisational goals.

About you

4+ years PQE at a reputable law firm; in-house experience is an advantage.

Regulatory advisory experience preferred; experience in financial services or corporate law is a plus.

Strong expertise in commercial contract review.

Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
