The Role

This role sits between a junior lawyer managing smaller commercial matters and a senior director managing large-scale transactions. You’ll be responsible for running your own files with transactional values typically between $2 million and $5 million.

• Business sale and purchase agreements
• Commercial leasing and property transactions
• Shareholder agreements and company structuring
• Joint ventures and commercial negotiations
• General commercial contracts and advisory
• Some overflow of work for owners of privately owned firms
• Building trusted relationships with clients across a range of sectors

There is flexibility to consider someone working four days per week.
