We are seeking enthusiastic and customer focused people to join our team as 3x month fixed term and full time Night Caretaker.
The fixed term duration is set to Mid December
Shifts will include two nights from 8 : 00 PM – 8 : 00 AM and two nights from 8 : 00 PM – 4 : 00 AM, with no more than two consecutive night shifts scheduled to support your health and well-being.This role will see you working in a unique coastal setting where you will support the team in providing a memorable experience for all our guests.
It offers you variety and plenty of opportunity to help improve services.Having a friendly and calm personality is important as you will be the point of contact for guests as well as other staff throughout these night shifts.
You'll be working closely with an amazing collaborative team to ensure our guests' have a positive and memorable experience with us.Undertaking park security and managing noise levelsAssist guests with late check-ins and provide support during the night when requiredAdministrative duties including locking up and cleaning when neededThe Park is open 7 days a week including public and school holidays, we are especially busy throughout the summer months, so having the ability to work flexible hours, weekends, public holidays, and additional shifts is required.Ideally applicants will have experience in either a security, hospitality or caretaker role and have passion for customer service.
You will be self-motivated, enjoy working both alone and as part of a team.
As you'll frequently be interacting with guests' strong communication skills are a must.We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every requirement listed.
