Property & Trust Lawyer

Overview

We are working with a well-established North Shore law firm seeking a motivated Property and Trust Lawyer with 2-4 years' PQE to join their supportive and close-knit team.

This role will see you working across a broad mix of property and private client work, including :

Residential and commercial property transactions

Subdivisions and developments

Trusts, asset planning, and estates

Client advisory and relationship management

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of property and trust matters with guidance as needed

Provide timely, client-focused advice and build lasting client relationships

Collaborate with partners and senior lawyers to share knowledge and develop expertise

About you

2-4 years PQE with solid experience in property and trust matters

Confident managing your own files while knowing when to seek support

A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills

Keen to grow your career in a team that values collaboration, quality, and long-term relationships
