We're on the lookout for a skilled Senior Technician to join a well-established, fast-paced workshop alongside a great crew of mechanics based in the North Shore of Auckland.This isn't your average "spanner-turning" job - you'll be leading by example, solving the tricky stuff, and keeping the team running smoothly.ResponsibilitiesDiagnosing, servicing, and repairing a variety of vehicles - efficiently and accuratelyTackling complex electrical, mechanical, and diagnostic challengesPerforming inspections, servicing, and the occasional WOF (training available if needed)Keeping your work area and tools in top shapeSharing your knowledge and supporting the rest of the teamHelping deliver top-tier customer service and workshop qualityWhat We're Looking ForTrade-qualified Automotive Technician (NZQA Level 4 or equivalent)Proven experience as a senior or advanced technicianStrong fault-finding, diagnostic, and problem-solving skillsReliable, organised, and calm under pressureGreat communication and teamwork skillsFull NZ driver's licence — WOF authority or EV / hybrid experience a bonusWhy You'll Love It HereMonday to Friday only – weekends are for you to relaxClosed over the festive season – real holidays, not workshop "clean-up week"Early finishes before long weekends – because we like to start them earlyCompetitive hourly rate way higher than what you are probably getting paid now + overtime optionsSupportive, ego-free team cultureOngoing brand training and career developmentA modern, well-equipped workshop that makes your job easierApply Now!
