Job description

We have a range of different types of equipment for small residential houses to larger commercial buildings and sites , offering the best earth moving services in Auckland. We are now looking for Three qualified Diesel Motor Mechanics who is competent for service and repairs of our fleet including diggers, trucks etc.

This is a full-time position working from Monday to Saturday with guaranteed 35 hours per week. Hourly rate will be $2 9 . 6 6 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

Detecting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults of Diesel
Conducting repairs, servicing and testing for diesel vehicles and equipment
Reassembling and adjusting vehicles parts after repairing
Performing scheduled maintenance services by completing oil changes, wheel balancing, alignment and brake checks;
Maintain works register and vehicle records history
Make sure starting the work in compliance with Health and Safety Policies

Skills & Experiences

At least three years relevant work experience or equivalent qualification

Knowledge of tools, equipment and procedures used in overhaul, repair and adjustment of a variety of trucks and other manual or automotive equipment

Be able to pass police and drug check

Willing to learn and have positive attitude

Attention to details and focus on high quality services
