What you need to do
Lead the Ortho Theatre Team : Manage and mentor a team of nurses and theatre staff to ensure high-quality, patient-centred care.Coordinate Surgical Operations : Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain efficient and effective Orthopaedic theatre operations.Uphold Clinical Excellence : Ensure adherence to best practice standards in patient care and safety.Foster a Positive Environment : Cultivate a culture of teamwork and adaptability as the needs of the theatre evolve.What you need to have
Registered Nurse : Hold a current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).Experience : At least 5 years in surgical nursing, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or senior role.Leadership Skills : Proven ability to manage a team, coach for performance, and support staff development.Strong Communication : Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.Flexibility : Adapt to changing business needs while maintaining a high standard of patient care.How to apply / Contact
