Be at the forefront of hospitality

Balanced life – You will have every Sunday off. Work 40 hours per week between Monday-Saturday evenings.

Senior role with responsibilities and autonomy :

In the role you will be responsible for mentoring and managing the day-to-day operations of  the Foh side of the business, you will work closely with an executive  chef / owner to create something unique and truly special.

You will be well versed in what it takes to run a venue that meets and exceeds its targets and  has a great understanding of managing Wage costs, Cogs and business generation.

With your passion for hospitality, you will have immersed yourself in current dining trends  around the world, you will have the experience and the desire to lead the way.

You will have had at least 5 years experience in a similar role and have experience overseas and in New Zealand.

You will be familiar with the Wellington hospitality scene and ideally have experience working in a well known wine region.

Qualifications / Experience :

You must hold the following qualifications and experiences or similar to apply :

• Stocktaking and auditing
• Diploma in social media marketing
• Diploma in hospitality supervision and leadership
• BA or Masters
• BTEC National Diploma in Sports

LCQ and manager's certificate in New Zealand.
