Solomon Group is a leading Tertiary Education Provider, who have been servicing the needs of communities for 25 years by preparing students for employment in a wide range of different careers and industries.Solomon Group in Christchurch is looking for someone who has experience within Contact Centre / Call Centre who wants to make a difference and train the next generation.We are looking for a tutor for our Certificate in Contact Centre Operations, to increase the employability of our clients.

This is a varied job in a supportive, successful team and the role is part-time in the evening.

Responsibilities and Requirements The successful candidate would have the following attributes : Strong facilitation and people skillsA passion to help people achieve their goals and financial independenceAbility to work as part of a whanau / teamStrong computer literacy and administration skillsOpen and honest communication skillsAble to work unsupervised and go the extra mileAbility to be flexible and responsive to the organisation's needsClean driver's licence (preferably full class 1)Industry Experience in Contact Centre, Call Centre and Customer ServiceFoundation Education Tutoring Qualifications would be preferredClean Police CheckWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
