As a Senior Business Analyst in our Technology BA Practice, you'll work in a data centric and collaborative team, working with a range of business and technical stakeholders to deliver data outcomes and value for our customers.
You will apply the necessary business analysis skills, techniques and activities to understand, validate, synthesise, articulate problems, opportunities, requirements, options and solutions.
You will be part of an awesome practice of Business Analysts, you will be well-supported with opportunities for your personal development and growth, put that into a great area that is growing and changing, you might have your ideal role.

As a Senior Business Analust, you will :
Elicit and document technical business requirements focused on data and operational reporting
Shape data outcomes during discovery and planning to ensure business requirements are clear, complete, and aligned to data needs.
Design and document data flows, source-to-target mappings, and transformations to support data lineage and downstream integration.
Collaborate across teams, including data modellers, feature BAs, and technical SMEs, to ensure data solutions meet acceptance criteria and align with enterprise models.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying risks, improving delivery practices, and building your knowledge of ANZ tools and techniques.
To be successful in this role, you will bring :
Strong data mindset – you think critically and solve problems with a data-first lens.
You're confident working in Agile teams and understand how data flows through modern platforms.
Sharp analysis skills – you use a range of elicitation techniques to define clear, testable data requirements that meet business and customer needs.
Growth and curiosity – you're proactive about learning, mentoring others, and improving how we deliver data solutions.
Clear communication – you explain complex data concepts in simple terms, using visuals and plain language to build shared understanding.
Positive can-do attitude - Understand, accept and support the need for change and adapt your own behaviours to changing circumstances and constructively provide input / s.
Many years' experience in Technology business analysis, data analysis or data delivery.
You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
