Technical Business Analyst

Due to a wealth of organisation projects on the go now, and in the pipeline, we are looking for a seasoned Technical Business Analyst to join the team. Seeking a dedicated Technical Business Analyst to define, analyse, and document business needs, ensuring clear communication for development teams. The primary focus is to streamline the workflow by transforming projects and routine requests into well‑defined, technically sound tickets with solid acceptance criteria, helping to eliminate backlog bottlenecks. Additionally, you'll contribute to discovery initiatives and strategic planning for future system architecture and ecosystem enhancements, enabling the team to deliver immediate value while driving long‑term innovation.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 2 years of experience delivering technical business analysis services in large, complex organisations
• Must have a hands on technical background - whether as a Developer or Tester
• Must have experience working in strong Agile environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of e-commerce or content platforms advantageous
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and management with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels within an organisation
• Requirements elicitation and management.
