ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer service across digital, phone, and outbound channels by handling enquiries and applications professionally.Proactively assist in customer retention activity as directed by leaders.Provide day-to-day support within the Direct Lending team, sharing updates, assisting colleagues, and embracing training opportunities.Collaborate in maintaining application workflows, accurate records, and contribute ideas to improve customer processes.Participate in customer follow-up, outbound initiatives, and assist with campaigns that promote channel growth.Roll up your sleeves to get things done.
What we're looking forProven customer service experience.Experience within financial services or lending is a plus.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Self-motivated with a drive to achieve successful outcomes.
