About the Opportunity
Zeder Corporation is seeking full-time Automotive Technicians to join its Fulcrum Suspensions team across multiple locations, including Capalaba, Slacks Creek, Arundel, Stafford, Bundaberg, and Coopers Plains (QLD); Carrum Downs and Pakenham (VIC); and Arndell Park (NSW).
Working under the Store Manager, you'll deliver high-quality suspension work, GVM upgrades, and vehicle performance tuning in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Your key responsibilities will include :
Diagnosing and repairing suspension, steering, braking, and underbody components
Fitting and fine-tuning lift kits, lowering systems, and performance upgrades
Performing precise wheel alignments and balancing
Mentoring apprentices and contributing to a positive workshop culture
Providing customer updates through AutoOptix videos
Maintaining workshop safety and cleanliness
Completing accurate service records and participating in toolbox meetings
About You
You hold a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology and a valid driver's licence, with at least six months of workshop experience in Australia.
We also encourage applications from passionate 3rd and 4th year apprentices eager to expand their skills in suspension and performance systems.
You'll stand out if you have :
Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis
Suspension, underbody, or performance tuning experience
Expertise in wheel alignment and balancing
Previous experience mentoring apprentices
Background in aftermarket or retail automotive environments
You're a car enthusiast who enjoys variety — from 4x4 off-road rigs to track-tuned performance cars.
