The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, budgeting, and implementation of civil construction projects.
Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety and regulations, and supervising on-site operations.
Additionally, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.QualificationsProfound expertise in civil engineering, particularly in structures, with a focus on commercial awareness.Proficiency in NZS 3910, encompassing a thorough grasp and practical implementation of delay, disruption notices, EOT, and variations.Extensive hands-on experience in the construction field.A grounded leadership approach, capable of guiding and supporting teams effectively.Proven track record in successfully delivering projects ranging from $5-10M+.
Strong communication skills for engaging with stakeholders in a professional manner.Effective time management abilities and proficiency in project scheduling.Advanced computer skills, especially in applications like MS Excel and MS Project.Ideally 5-7 years of relevant experience in the field.
