We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic, self‑motivated Casual Sonographer to join our friendly and close‑knit team. You'll be working alongside experienced sonographers who are passionate about what they do and always up for supporting new team members.
About the Team / Service / Location
Our department is a busy yet supportive environment, featuring three ultrasound rooms equipped with Philips EPIQ machines. We offer a range of services, including acute ED / inpatient care, outpatient services, and community‑based examinations as well as some interventional procedures.
Whanganui is a pretty, easy‑to‑live town with easy access to larger centres while maintaining a strong sense of community. Situated along the Whanganui River and near both the sea and mountains, it offers fantastic outdoor lifestyle opportunities. The area also boasts a thriving arts community, and housing remains affordable compared to many larger cities.
