Your Opportunity

As the Continuing Airworthiness Services Manager, you’ll be at the centre of our aircraft maintenance and operations program, ensuring that our fleet is always mission‑ready, safe, and compliant. You will manage the provision of continuing airworthiness management services, coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and work closely with both internal teams and our customers of the KA350 fleet.

This is a dynamic leadership role where technical expertise meets collaboration and strategic thinking.

Your annual Salary package of NZD $120,000 – $130,000 p.a (Qualification & Experience dependant) + Kiwi Saver + Annual Bonus + Relocation Assistance.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the delivery of Continuing Airworthiness Management (CAM) services for the KA350 fleet.
• Build strong working relationships with 42SQN Operations to ensure aircraft availability and maintenance schedules align with flying programs.
• Oversee daily fleet serviceability updates and provide timely communication to stakeholders.
• Work with NZDF CAMO, JANZ AMO, and design organisations to ensure all airworthiness requirements are met.
• Manage and maintain key systems such as the Computer Aided Maintenance Plan (CAMP) to ensure data accuracy and maintenance planning.
• Ensure compliance with all NZ DAA DAR-M and NZ CAA regulatory requirements.
• Support audit activities, technical documentation, and reliability programs.
• Provide 24 / 7 technical support for AOG situations and keep aircraft logbooks accurate and compliant.
• Lead and support the CAM team, providing clear direction, guidance, and mentorship.
• Contribute to financial forecasting and planning aligned with company strategy.
