Taihape Health Ltd general practice is seeking a casual receptionist with great customer service skills, the ability to multi-task in a busy environment, and who works well in a team.
This role has the potential to transition into fixed term cover for parental leave from January
The various tasks for this position include answering the phone, managing emails, booking appointments through the practice management system (Evolution), sending referrals to specialists, handling payments, processing prescriptions, and filing paperwork.
The successful applicant will have excellent computer skills and proven high quality customer engagement.
A driver's licence is essential to this role.
The hours of work are weekdays 8 : 30 am to 5 pm, and induction and training is included.
