We are looking for two experienced Chefs (i.e. Head Chef and Sous Chef) to join our busy kitchen and our friendly team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Western cuisine kitchen. This is a busy role so the ability to work under pressure is a must.

Key tasks :

• Preparing and cooking high quality western cuisine food;
• Evaluating food quality and proposing changes to recipes and the menu where considered necessary;
• Complying with occupational health and safety regulations;
• Reporting any irregularities to the store manager;
• Previous experience as a chef;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, pressure environment;
• Be self-motivated & self-disciplined;
• Work in a team

Successful Candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience or at least a level 4 qualification in cookery.

This is a full-time role with guaranteed hours of at least 30 hours per week.
