Registered Nurses - Adult Community Mental Health Teams
We are seeking motivated and dynamic Registered Nurses towork in our Adult Community Mental Health teams

About the Role
Our Adult Community Mental Health services consist of four city-basedteams offering assessment and treatment for adults aged between 18-65 yearswith significant and enduring mental illness.
In this role you will provide evidence-based nursing care in thecommunity setting, working closely with service users, whanau, and wider healthsector providers with a strong focus on supporting service users back toPrimary Care following specialist input. You will be part of a dedicatedmultidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, occupationaltherapists, social workers, peer support workers, Pukenga Atawhai and othernursing colleagues.
The role offers a dynamic mix of clinical autonomy, community outreachand team collaboration. Your daily work will include conducting mental healthassessments, developing and implementing treatment plans and coordinating careto ensure safety, stability and progress towards recovery. You will supportservice users in their homes, in community settings and within primary carepartnerships, maintaining strong therapeutic relationships built on trust,empathy and respect.
We have multiple permanent full-time and part-time positions available, along with fixed term full-time and part-time opportunities covering parental leave and internal secondments.
