About the Role
The West Adult Community Mental Health Service is one of four city-based teams that provide an assessment and treatment service for consumers with mental illnesses aged between 18 – 65 years, and work closely with their families / whānau – both in the community and alongside inpatient services.
About You
We are looking for an Allied Health professional and highly motivated Specialist Mental Health Case Manager (either Occupational Therapist, Social Worker) to join our team. To be successful you will need to display a positive attitude and enthusiasm for this area of work, you will enjoy being part of a committed and diverse multi-disciplinary team, and you will work in collaboration with a group of professionals that recognises the importance of providing quality care and services to Whaiora, their friends and whānau. Interacting with a variety of stakeholders, you will have an ability to effectively case manage and provide mental health assessments, formulations and interventions in the community.
