About the role

The Bar and Front of House Manager is a crucial role at Rangiora RSA, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar and front of house functions. This full-time position is based in Rangiora, Canterbury and will involve managing a team of bar and hospitality staff to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of bar and hospitality staff, including scheduling, training and performance management
• Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction throughout the bar and front of house
• Manage bar stock, inventory and ordering to optimise efficiency and profitability
• Develop and implement procedures and policies to streamline operations
• Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Liaise with the management team to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Maintain compliance with all relevant licensing, health and safety regulations
