Overview

Ballantynes is seeking a dynamic individual with extensive Front of House hospitality experience to join our team.

As a member of our FOH wait staff, you will be providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting with day-to-day operations within the department.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional front-of-house service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Assist with day-to-day FOH operations and maintain high standards of guest experience.

Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

Extensive experience working Front of House in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

High standard of customer service skills.

Strong communication skills.

Duty Manager license / LCQ qualification preferred.

Additional Information

This is a permanent role with a minimum of 20 hours per week, flexible across the week including weekend day(s).

Extra hours are available to cover leave and peak trading periods.
