You'll own outcomes across arrears, vacancy, maintenance SLAs, and compliance (Healthy Homes, insurance, H&S).

You'll partner closely with the rest of our team, notably the Managing Director, and help our property management department to achieve our goals.

Finally, you'll assist in training, mentorship and growth, playing an integral role in Najib's growth.What You'll DoManage a portfolio end-to-end : onboarding, leasing, inspections, maintenance, renewals, and offboarding.Lead with owners and tenants : timely updates, issue resolution, proactive advice to protect asset value.Lift compliance : Healthy Homes, RTA adherence, privacy, H&S, contractor onboarding, insurance, file notes.Drive portfolio performance : arrears, vacancy, rent reviews, renewals, tribunal prep / attendance when needed.Systemise : Work on and implement improvements to our existing SOPs and proceduresCoach : support junior Property Managers (and external contractors) with best-practice workflows and quality checks.Grow : Be a part of our growth and strategy, assisting Najib in achieving its ambitious growth goalsAbout You6+ years' residential property management experience in NZ (A must-have).
