Support the delivery of valuation services across complex, multi-site commercial asset portfolios throughout New Zealand, Australia, and the Pacific. In this dynamic and agile role, you’ll also contribute to the ongoing development of our Asset Advisory service offerings, supporting clients across the full asset lifecycle. Beca’s Valuation and Asset Advisory team is recognised for excellence, delivering high-value, complex valuation projects and strategic asset management advice.

As part of Beca’s Valuation and Asset Advisory business, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your career in property valuation while working closely with experts in asset management, business improvement, and decision support. You’ll help clients navigate complex valuation requirements through innovative, award-winning solutions contributing to both their success and the growth of our team.

You’ll work alongside and support leading experts in the valuation with a focus on land and building portfolios, with exposure to plant and infrastructure assets from single assets to large-scale portfolios, including public utilities and industrial facilities across New Zealand. As a registered valuer, you’ll also mentor and guide colleagues as they build their careers within the valuation discipline. In this role, you’ll have significant scope to succeed, as we’re seeking a high-performing professional with a genuine passion for the property industry. You thrive in fast-paced, challenging environments, demonstrate a strong bias for action, and are confident making sound commercial judgments. Ideally, you bring widespread expertise in asset management and valuation processes particularly within the commercial and industrial property sectors.

• You will be a Registered Valuer, undertaking valuations of a range of property portfolios including industrial sites, Government property portfolios and commercial properties
• You will enjoy working as part of a dynamic team and understanding a range of property types and markets
• You will have a passion for continual personal growth and for the mentoring and coaching of others along with other seniors in this team
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with a range of clients and develop new opportunities through marketing and business development
• You have a strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills
• You will be a confident professional with a sense of accountability for results and a passion for working in a thriving, professional and innovative company within a corporate environment
