The role involves high-impact research in the fabrication and characterization of two-dimensional material heterostructures.ResponsibilitiesFabrication of graphene heterostructures and characterization of their twist angle via AFM and Raman spectroscopy.Participation in the construction of a two-dimensional material dry transfer platform in I-FIM, capable of fabricating sandwich-like heterostructures such as hBN-graphene-hBN.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Science or related field.Familiar with the concepts of graphene, two-dimensional materials, and condensed matter physics.Proficient in using transfer stages, Raman spectroscopy, atomic force microscopy, tube furnaces, electron beam lithography, optical microscopy, and related fabrication equipment.Proficient in transfer methods for fabricating heterojunctions between two-dimensional materials and other semiconductors.Proficient in using Raman spectroscopy to identify graphene phases.Proficient in DesignCAD for device pattern design (optional).
