Job descriptionSupervise daily lounge operations, allocate tasks, and support team performance. Deliver transformational customer service that reflects the Emirates brand. Oversee food and beverage service, including alcohol service and dietary requirements. Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic lounge environment to premium standards. Support rostering, stock control, and team training in collaboration with the Lounge Manager. A natural leader with strong communication skills and a passion for premium hospitality. Previous experience in a similar supervisory or lounge role. Holds a General Manager's Certificate (Liquor Service) and can obtain AVSEC clearance. Physically fit, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Flexible, proactive, and committed to delivering excellence every day.
