We're looking for a confident and service-driven Lounge Supervisor to join our team at the Emirates Lounge in Auckland International Airport . You'll lead a team that delivers exceptional food, beverage, and customer service, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and luxurious pre-flight experience. This is your chance to represent one of the world's most iconic airline brands in a leadership role that blends hospitality, teamwork, and excellence. The successful candidate MUST be able to work during weekends.
Ko ō kawenga | Your Responsibilities
Supervise daily lounge operations, allocate tasks, and support team performance.Deliver transformational customer service that reflects the Emirates brand.Oversee food and beverage service, including alcohol service and dietary requirements.Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic lounge environment to premium standards.Support rostering, stock control, and team training in collaboration with the Lounge Manager.He kōrero mōu | About You
A natural leader with strong communication skills and a passion for premium hospitality.Previous experience in a similar supervisory or lounge role.Holds a General Manager's Certificate (Liquor Service) and can obtain AVSEC clearance.Physically fit, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Flexible, proactive, and committed to delivering excellence every day.Ngā painga | Benefits & Perks
