OverviewManager Infrastructure Operations – Common Law Contract - Salary from $155,000 per annum (depending on experience) + 13% Superannuation

• 3-5 Year Fixed-Term ContractThe RoleWe\'re seeking a technically proficient and strategically minded Infrastructure Operations Manager to lead the delivery of the Town\'s maintenance and operations activities including planning, management of public open space, stores and inventory and building and property maintenance including leasing.In this senior leadership role, you\'ll work closely with the Director Infrastructure Services to identify and prioritise infrastructure activities aligned with community needs and strategic objectives.

You\'ll guide operational planning - including overseeing the research, design, and implementation of infrastructure projects, managing operational policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with statutory and safety regulations.You will be responsible for managing team performance, building workforce capability, and fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

The role includes oversight of operational budgets, business planning, and reporting, as well as ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and internal governance frameworks.

Your leadership will be key in driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration across the organisation, ensuring the achievement of key delivery targets.A strong background in public sector operations, public asset management, and service delivery within a local government or similar environment is essential.

The role will be pivotal in the ongoing implementation of the Technology One ERP system and a good understanding of the management and delivery of services through an understanding of complex processes is essential.
