About the Role
You will :
Work across cadastral surveying projects under direction of a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor
Be involved in topographic surveys, land transfer, scheme plans, construction setouts, complex surveys, and boundary definition work.
Liaise with planning, engineering, environmental disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
Use innovative and modern tools to speed design and feasibility
Ideal Candidate
1+ year of surveying experience in NZ, preferably focused on cadastral work
BSurv
Experience with software : 12D, BricsCAD / AutoCAD, LandOnline
Experience or exposure to land transfer surveys, scheme plans, or boundary work
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
