About the Role : You'll be responsible for setting out civil construction and earthworks, performing cut / fill and design calculations, producing as-builts, and maintaining accurate survey records.
You'll work with the latest tools combined with Topcon Office (formerly Magnet Office / Civilcad) and Trimble Business Center, while liaising with engineers, subcontractors, and clients to deliver projects on time and to specification.Key Responsibilities : Perform cut / fill, earthworks design, and survey calculations.Conduct surveys, prepare drawings, as-builts, and reports.Set out drainage, roads, boundaries, and structures.Manage survey records and documentation for claims and compliance.Check subcontractor survey work and report findings.Supervise construction to ensure works meet design.Liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers.What You'll Bring : Tertiary qualification in Land Survey or Civil Engineering.Proven experience in surveying (civil construction / earthworks).
Proficiency in CAD (Topcon Office preferred, but not essential - full training provided).
Strong technical skills in set-out, as-builts, and calculations.Ability to supervise and mentor junior surveyors.Excellent accuracy, communication, and organisational skills.Why Join Us?
