Grada Recruitment have partnered with a forward-thinking land development consultancy to recruit a Graduate Cadastral Surveyor (≈1 year post‑grad) for their Auckland offices.

    • About the Role

    You will :

  • Work across cadastral surveying projects under direction of a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor
  • Be involved in topographic surveys, land transfer, scheme plans, construction setouts, complex surveys, and boundary definition work.
  • Liaise with planning, engineering, environmental disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery.
  • Use innovative and modern tools to speed design and feasibility

    • Ideal Candidate

  • 1+ year of surveying experience in NZ, preferably focused on cadastral work
  • BSurv
  • Experience with software : 12D, BricsCAD / AutoCAD, LandOnline
  • Experience or exposure to land transfer surveys, scheme plans, or boundary work
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
