Quantity Surveyor - (Inter & Senior)

Overview

A successful contractor has secured work in Auckland and requires an Inter or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team.

Construction and Technical Recruitment (CTR) are seeking a Quantity Surveyor who is ready for the next opportunity to join a reputable contractor.

They win projects in commercial, industrial and retail sectors and are building a solid pipeline.

You will manage your own projects, working on schemes that are negotiated and some that are tendered.

Responsibilities

Provide quantity surveying services on assigned projects.

Manage projects from start to finish, including negotiated and tendered schemes.

Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.

Support and contribute to a strong team culture.

Requirements

Tertiary Qualified

5+ years within the construction industry

Knowledge of negotiated projects and tender submissions

Managing contracts

Excellent communication skills with all levels

Understanding of the claims, variations & final accounts process

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Remuneration

The remuneration is competitive to market rates and negotiable based on experience and project history.
