About this role | Mo tenei turanga
The Senior Advisor – Integrated Insights provides expert advice to actively achieve equitable education outcomes for Maori learners and Maori language in education in alignment with Te Tiriti o Waitangi and the aspirations of Maori communities.
The role will :
The Senior Advisor – Integrated Insights will also build and maintain relationships across Te Tahuhu o Te Matauranga and other education agencies to collect, capture and integrate insights.
Salary range : $100,296 - $121,490 per annum + 3% KiwiSaver.
The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary which reflects individual skills and experience.

About you | Mohou ake
It is ideal that you have a strong background in working in education and / or with the education sector to deliver equitable outcomes for Maori learners and / or Maori language in education.
You will bring an analytical and detail-oriented approach to support your advisory skills.
You will confidently deliver evidence-based advice to support the implementation of Ka Hikitia and Tau Mai te Reo.
You will also champion and lead Te Tahuhu efforts to shape practices that deliver on Ka Hikitia and Tau Mai te Reo.
You will bring with you :
Through strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
About the group and team | Matau ropu ake
