Resilience to Organised Crime in Communities (ROCC) is a multi-agency approach supporting locally-led responses to organised crime. ROCC combines a community resilience prevention approach with targeted enforcement to simultaneously address the harms and drivers of organised crime.
This newly created Senior Advisor role provides a unique opportunity to strengthen the delivery and sustainability of the ROCC programme across multiple districts. The role is designed to provide flexible, strategic, and operational support where demand is highest, ensuring continuity, capability-building, and consistent delivery across ROCC locations.
As a Senior Advisor, you will work across Police, government agencies, iwi / hapū, community providers, and lived experience to coordinate and enable community-led solutions. You will also contribute to the development of strategic artefacts, training, mentoring, and coaching to support the operationalisation of the ROCC approach.

This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $115,924 - $122,776 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
