With factories in Otorohanga and Timaru, we are proud to deliver innovative solutions and reliable products to customers worldwide.The RoleWe are seeking a full-time Parts Manager to join our dynamic team at our Otorohanga site.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to start immediately.The ideal candidate will be able to effectively manage the Parts Department, including customer support, inventory, procurement, staffing, and financial performance.

The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring stock availability, liaising with internal and external suppliers and customers, and driving departmental profitability through strategic stock control and service excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide responsive, professional customer service and support for all parts enquiries and transactions.Prepare accurate quotations, process sales orders, and coordinate timely deliveries.Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, bin control, and stock take processes.Source, in conjunction with the Materials team, buy-to-order parts and services from preferred suppliers.Manage transport suppliers to ensure parts are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.Lead and support the parts team, including task allocation, training, and performance management.Ensure all processes and transactions are accurately recorded in the Epicor ERP system.Drive continuous improvement, cost savings, and compliance with health & safety standards.What We Are Looking ForPrevious parts sales management experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment preferred.Strong computer literacy; ERP system experience (Epicor) is an advantage.High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.A strong team player with excellent communication skills.Reliable, proactive work ethic.Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing random drug and alcohol testing.Eligibility to work in New Zealand (citizen, resident, or valid work visa required).
