Job Description
The role
In the newly created position of Delivery Performance Manager, you will play a crucial role within Alpine by optimising our works delivery operations through the application of Alpine's strategic principles to maximise performance, productivity and utilisation.
You will also lead and support the Support Officer group, guiding the wider Alpine Energy business in effective administration and enabling the team to deliver business support that drives innovation and continuous improvement.
As our Delivery Performance Manager, you will be responsible for :
Driving innovation, change, and improvements to systems, processes, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
Ensuring work is correctly classified and contributes significantly to successful end-of-year auditing
Implementing clear processes within the support team, including developing KPI's for delivery and mechanisms for efficiencies where possible, while proactively identifying and removing roadblocks to ensure timely and effective completion of work
Supporting the wider Works Delivery and Field Services teams in identifying opportunities for cost reduction, and value creation through strategic analysis and recording of commercial lessons learnt
Providing leadership for the Works Delivery Support Officers,setting clear and consistent expectations for performance, supporting developments, motivating the team and enabling growth
What you'll need
Proven experiencein a similar role (Usually 5+years)
Demonstrated leadership experience including pulling a team together and developing a strong team culture
Experience driving innovation and change
Excellent workflow management and planning skills
Nice to haves
The proven ability to build relationships across a complexorganisation
High levels of commercial acumen with ability to identify and recommend areas for improvement
Tertiary qualification in finance, administration, quantity surveying or other related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
