We're looking for someone with : Between one and two years of prior experience working in a Health & Safety role, preferably within a multi-hazard environment Strong listening and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with people at all levels to understand and support their needs The capability to interpret Health & Safety legislation and explain it in practical, everyday terms to encourage ongoing improvement Hands-on experience conducting onsite Health & Safety audits Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications A Level 4 Health & Safety qualification (desirable) Solid understanding of relevant Health & Safety laws and regulations, including the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 Experience in incident investigations (preferred) Creating, Connecting and caring for the community Our people regularly donate their time to local causes and initiatives, while at a regional and national level we provide financial support, skills and resources to a wide range of organisations that are strengthening our communities.
