- Lead and work hands-on in the kitchen as part of a collaborative team.
- Create high-quality dishes and maintain food standards in line with the company systems, vision and objectives.
- Promote the business vision, values and principles while delivering excellent service and fast-paced operations.
- Support development of the kitchen group’s financial and operational results.
- Uphold professionalism, reliability and a proactive “yes, we can do it” attitude.
- Learn and develop within the company’s methods and procedures.
Qualifications
Experience in a commercial kitchen.Willingness to learn and grow; adaptability to weekend, late evening and early morning shifts.Strong teamwork and people skills; alignment with the company’s values.Professional cooking experience or certification relevant to the role.Application
