As part of this specialised team, you will be responsible for delivering exciting and often unique projects which you will find challenging and intellectually rewarding.The Government Communications Security Bureau (GCSB) is seeking software developers to deliver capabilities to maintain and enhance GCSB's Intelligence mission.The roleThis is a diverse role requiring broad skills across several areas.

To be successful in this role, you will have strengths in a number of the following areas : Development for the Win32 / POSIX API, and / or networking APIsPlanning and conducting independent researchCyber security concepts and vulnerabilities, exploit techniques and methods for their remediationAssembler or embedded systems programmingAnalysis and design of network protocolsUnderstanding of mobile device operating systems, applications & securityLinux and / or Windows systems administration & securityAutomating the testing and deployment of systems and productsDevOps, Docker, Agile and various modern development systems and approachesThe development of complex networking, IOT, mobile or embedded systemsEnthusiasm and tenacity will be necessary as you research, design, implement, and maintain our software and Intelligence systems.
