About the role

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager at our Palmerston North Village. This lovely village is conveniently located andis known for its warm, friendly staff and and safety for the residents. This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday - 40 hours week but will require you to be flexible with some urgent call out work occasionally.

Partnering with the Village Manager, you will manage the maintenance of the Village ensuring our residents continue enjoying extraordinary living experiences in a well presented and safe environment.

The residents are always at the heart of what we do, so your customer focused, engaging, energetic and resilient manner will ensure you are the go-to person for our residents, their families and our friendly staff.
